Sage and Blood Orange Salmon




Yield 4 pieces



  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Make sure all of the bones have been removed from the fish.
  3. Pour or squeeze the orange juice into the dish.
  4. Set the salmon pieces into the pan and then rub the sage leaves over the top of the salmon.
  5. Place one orange slice and a couple sage leaves on each piece of fish.
  6. Sprinkle with a pinch of quality salt.
  7. Bake for 12 to 16 minutes, the cook time will depend on the size and thickness of the fish as well as how you prefer to cook your salmon. (Salmon is a fish that does not always need to be cooked 100% of the way through).
  8. Plate and enjoy right away. Store any leftover in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
