Decorating Tips

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Listerine. All opinions are 100% mine.

So you all know how hard we have been working on our powder room makeover {reveal coming TOMORROW!!!!}?  Well, I don't know about you, but when we complete a room makeover, we want to keep the room pretty and clean.  The difficulty in our powder room is that it is a heavily used room that requires us to store every day items. like an electric toothbrush, the girls' hair brush and our Listerine®.  I found clever, pretty ways to store the girls' items, but I was drawing a blank when it came to storing our Listerine®.  True, we could put it under the sink, but we use it so often, that's just not a realistic solution.

The GOOD NEWS for me is that Listerine® solved the problem for me!  For a limited time, Target is offering Listerine in fun, colorful chevron designs.  Now THAT is something I don't mind leaving out in the powder room.

I am totally going to stock up on these exclusive designs while they are available!  We are pretty devout Listerine® users {and why shouldn't we be?  Listerine® is the #1 dentist recommended brand to give you a healthier mouth–JUST SAYIN!}.  Our favorite is the Cool Mint flavor, which works out well because the teal chevron design is perfect for our powder room.  Don't you love it when things work out like that?!

These awesome chevron designs are also available in Fresh Mint, Arctic Mint, & Fresh Citrus and the designs for all of them are so pretty!  Check them out.

Best of all, right now you can Save Now with Target Cartwheel and get 10% off these exclusive designs. Hurry!  They are only available for a limited time.  Add them to your Target list, friends!

What clever ways have you come up with to store functional {and not particularly attractive} items in your powder room?  How do you keep your powder room pretty?limited time.

Cute! Where’d ya get that cute owl? We renovated our guest bath from ‘boring builder blah’ to ‘coastal cottage’; but in doing so lost some storage options when we removed the bulky maple cabinets. To replace the storage, but not increasing the bulk, we installed a medicine cabinet for the small things, some light glass shelves above the commode for decorative items (way above toddler hand reach) and did some in-wall (between stud) storage cubbies on the main wall above the beadboard for the towels and things. Worked out well I think.
