DIY curtains are the best way to dress up your room without blowing your budget! These 22 tutorials for DIY drapes have great ideas and easy tips for creating your own beautiful curtains.

It is no secret I love curtains. I have said it before, and I will say it again (and again and again)…every room should have them! You can take our home tour to see the curtains we have used throughout our house.

We even recorded this entire podcast episode about the two things every room needs (spoiler alert! One of the items is curtains, but you'll have to listen to find out what the other item is). I think they scare people because window treatments can be so expensive. But I am here to tell you that you can have amazing curtains for a fraction of the price if you are willing to do a little work! I recently made some really fun and really easy tassel curtains (see below!) for our master bedroom and I am in love with them! There are so many amazing tutorials for DIY curtains out there, and I have put together my favorites for you. DIY drapes can be really easy–even if you don't sew! These options will give you plenty of ideas to get started.
